Well to be honest, you are in the stage where you will have your maximum growth, both physically and mentally. I would recommend you to be just active as much as possible throughout the day, I won't recommend gymming at this stage . I would suggest just playing sports, having plenty of sunlight, and cardio. I will also suggest some meditation for concentration power.
