2)High intensity workout which torches calories, burn fat as well as improves strength, stamina
3)Provides an after workout calorie burn
4)Short and effective
5)HIIT- 15-30 mins with 60 secs on 60 secs off(customizable)
6)TABATA-4 mins with 8 rounds,20 sec on 10 sec off
